Thompson Law is seeking a bilingual receptionist for our Dallas office to provide exceptional front desk service, manage incoming calls, and support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks in a fast-paced personal injury law firm environment.
 
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

The Position:
This position is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering calls, and performing administrative tasks such as mail distribution and document scanning.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming reception area.
  • Answer and route incoming calls from clients and other parties.
  • Organize and distribute office mail; scan and file documents accurately.
  • Prepare basic correspondence and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Deliver superior client service both in person and over the phone.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to client service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury.

  
Total Compensation Package:
  • Hourly to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
