Job Location: Napa, California

Pay Rate: $22-$26/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Bilingual Receptionist? Our client is seeking a customer focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as a key liaison between families, staff, and community partners. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, supporting daily front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting families and creating positive experiences for clients and community partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and assist with sign-in technology and check-in procedures
- Answer questions and provide support to families, staff, and community partners
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming paperwork and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely follow up and issue resolution
- Assist families with applications, online forms, and general inquires
- Maintain accurate records and enter data with a high level of accuracy
- Support front desk operations while providing professional and empathetic customer service

Experience Required:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Work, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
