Role Description
Montero Law Group, a Montgomery-based mid-sized firm, is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing bilingual (Spanish/English) legal receptionist to join our Silver Spring office. This position is ideal for a candidate who is excited to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, who cares about people as much as we do.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, both in person and via phone.
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments, sending reminders and handling inquiries.
- Manage and process mail.
- Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.
- Process client payments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent business and telephone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English) Required
- Must be punctual and dedicated
This is a full-time position based in Silver Spring, MD, with the expectation of on-site presence Monday-Friday.
