Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English) to support the MassHealth Enrollment Center in Tewksbury, MA. This is a front-facing, fast-paced role ideal for candidates with strong customer service, clerical, and administrative support experience. The Receptionist will greet visitors, manage phone inquiries, handle mail, maintain records, and perform data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming phone calls and provide routine information
File and maintain records using standard classification systems
Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
Receive, open, date-stamp, scan, and distribute incoming mail
Scan and index documents in the Captiva system
Retrieve files and respond to internal and external inquiries
Update spreadsheets, logs, and office tracking systems
Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, postage meters, printers, phones)
Maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and daily workflow coordination
Create letters, emails, reports, spreadsheets, and memoranda
Work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Spanish/English Bilingual (Required)
Minimum of 3 years of office or clerical experience (or equivalent education/experience)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable using computers for data entry and document creation
Ability to type, file, and manage records accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, front-facing office environment
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Prior experience in a government, healthcare, or public service office
Experience using document imaging or indexing systems such as Captiva
Strong customer service and front desk experience
