Our client is a growing light industrial staffing firm known for strong client demand and hands-on leadership.

What you will do:

Source and recruit for light industrial roles (pick/pack, machine ops).
Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage ATS (Avionté).
Run job fairs and build local candidate pipelines.
Support recruiting across regions as needed.

What were looking for:

13 years staffing experience (LI preferred).
Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
Strong sourcing and high-volume recruiting ability.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills:

Candidate sourcing & pipeline building.
Job boards + ATS experience.
Interviewing & screening.
Event recruiting (job fairs).

What you get:

$23/hour + overtime (approx. $45K$60K).
No commission, stable base pay.
Training and direct leadership support.
