As a Recruiter, you will be a vital part of the Eco-Staff team, responsible for attracting and identifying the best talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews between candidates
• Post job openings on relevant platforms
• Screen resumes to identify the best matches for open roles

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in interview techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management
• Bilingual - Spanish/English
