We are looking for a:
Bilingual Recruiting Assistant – English/Spanish

Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to begin a career in recruiting or human resources? We are looking for a friendly, motivated Bilingual Recruiting Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish to support our recruiting team and manage our front desk in a fast-paced staffing environment.

No previous recruiting experience is required—we will provide training! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates confidently, and wants to grow within the staffing and recruiting industry.

What You’ll Do:

Front Desk and Candidate Support

• Manage the front desk and create a friendly, professional first impression
• Welcome candidates, employees, visitors, and clients
• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member
• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking candidates with questions, applications, and next steps
• Schedule interviews and send confirmations and reminders
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist recruiters with candidate placements
• Help coordinate background checks and drug screenings

Recruiting and Onboarding Support

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, our applicant tracking system, and internal databases
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate pre-screens
• Post job openings on approved job boards and company platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Track candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process
• Send and collect onboarding and new-hire documents
• Enter new employees into the payroll system
• Help ensure every candidate receives a positive and welcoming experience

Administrative and Compliance Support

• Assist with employment documents, including Form I-9 requirements
• Help maintain compliance with background screening, drug testing, and EEO tracking requirements
• Support payroll and timekeeping coordination
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous recruiting experience required
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable assisting people in person and by telephone
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage the front desk while handling multiple priorities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn recruiting, onboarding, and payroll systems
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to protecting confidential information
