Regional Clinical Manager – LPN | Hospice

Dependable Hospice is seeking an experienced Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Regional Clinical Manager.
This position will be based in Tucson and will work both in our Tucson office and in the field.
We're looking for an experienced LPN with a strong hospice background who understands CMS requirements, clinical documentation, and hospice compliance and enjoys supporting clinical teams and improving processes.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day hospice clinical operations
Help manage and maintain compliance with CMS hospice guidelines and requirements
Review patient charts and clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and CMS compliance
Help ensure compliance with CMS Hospice Election Statement and Addendum requirements
Identify documentation and compliance concerns and work with clinical teams to correct them
Assist with chart audits, quality initiatives, and preparation for regulatory reviews
Provide guidance and support to hospice clinical staff
Assist with onboarding, orientation, education, and staff development
Help maintain consistent clinical workflows, documentation standards, and best practices
Support interdisciplinary communication and coordination
Partner with hospice leadership on clinical, compliance, and operational needs
Complete PRN hospice patient visits as needed within the LPN scope of practice
Provide field support throughout the Tucson service area as needed
What We're Looking For
Current Arizona LPN license in good standing
Hospice experience REQUIRED
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Knowledge of CMS hospice regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements
Experience reviewing clinical documentation and patient charts
Clinical leadership, supervisory, or coordination experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with EMR systems
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to complete patient visits throughout the Tucson area as needed
