Santa Fe Dental Group is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice! With two locations and over 12 years of experience, we proudly serve a predominantly Hispanic community and are committed to delivering outstanding dental care in a welcoming, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
Take and process digital dental x-rays
Sterilize and prepare instruments and rooms according to OSHA guidelines
Chart procedures and maintain accurate patient records
Provide post-op instructions and educate patients on oral health
Track and maintain inventory of dental supplies
Support front office staff as needed for efficient patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License – Required
Valid California X-ray certification
CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience preferred (new graduates welcome!)
Familiarity with dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
