BA Kitchen and Bath Design is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Remodeling Sales Representative. This role focuses on generating leads, presenting design ideas, and closing sales for residential kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for remodeling projects.
• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and present design solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates.
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with designers, estimators, and project managers to ensure a smooth project handoff.
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and past clients to drive repeat business
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and remodeling solutions

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in sales for residential remodeling projects.
• Proven track record of closing sales.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required to communicate with a diverse client base and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Pay Range: $25,000 to $30,000 base salary per year (+ Competitive Commission Plan). Sales representatives typically receive a base salary along with commissions based on sales. The commission can significantly impact overall earnings, so top performers may exceed this range.
