Do you enjoy helping people create homes they love? Are you energized by meeting new people and building relationships? Ashley Furniture in Clovis is looking for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Retail Sales Specialist to join our local team.

No furniture sales experience? No problem! We hire for attitude and train for skill. We'll teach you our proven sales process and provide the tools and support you need to succeed.


Compensation: $40,000–$60,000+ annually, with top performers earning even more.


As a Retail Sales Specialist, you'll:

•  Help customers create beautiful spaces by guiding them through our showroom and recommending products that fit their home, style, lifestyle, and budget. 
•  Demonstrate the features and benefits of our furniture, mattresses, and home accessories. 
•  Guide customers through delivery, financing, and protection plan options to help them make informed decisions. 
•  Build lasting relationships by following up with customers before and after the sale. 
•  Reach out to prospective customers, invite them into the showroom, and schedule appointments. 
•  Help customers design one-of-a-kind furniture through our Sage & June Bassett Custom Furniture Gallery.
•  Work as part of a team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
