Act as a primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming sales experience.
Help meet dealership sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Translate complex vehicle features and financing terms clearly and accurately for ESL (English as a Second Language) customers.
Adhere to sales procedures from start to finish within customer interactions.
Engage in business development and training.
Address customer concerns with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cultural competency.
Follow safeguard rules and regulations.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures.
Organizational and time management skills.
Strong listening skills.
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report.
High school diploma or equivalent.
