Job Overview

Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Sales Representative to support sales activities within our Chemical Department. This position will assist with customer communication, sales coordination, quotation follow-up, order tracking, and internal and external stakeholder communication for chemical products, materials, and related services.

This role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, supporting new business opportunities, coordinating customer requirements, and ensuring sales-related information is communicated accurately and promptly. The Bilingual Sales Representative will work closely with customers, suppliers, vendors, procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, operations, and chemical department personnel to support a smooth sales and order-fulfillment process.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, customer-service, and follow-up skills. This person must be comfortable working with both English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and providing professional support in a fast-paced semiconductor, chemical, and industrial business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management & Sales Support

  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with existing customers and prospective clients.
  • Support sales activities for chemical products, materials, process-support equipment, and related services.
  • Communicate with customers to understand product needs, technical requirements, delivery timelines, pricing considerations, and service expectations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding quotations, order status, product availability, lead times, and delivery updates.
  • Track customer follow-up items, open inquiries, pending decisions, and sales opportunities to support timely communication and account management.
  • Assist with identifying customer needs and coordinating internally to provide responsive, practical, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Support customer meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-up communication as needed.

Quotation, Order & Sales Coordination

  • Prepare, review, distribute, and follow up on quotations, proposals, pricing requests, sales documents, and related customer correspondence.
  • Coordinate quotation details with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to confirm product specifications, pricing, quantities, lead times, and delivery requirements.
  • Track quotation status, customer responses, order confirmations, and follow-up action items throughout the sales process.
  • Support order processing and communicate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately reflected in purchase orders, shipment plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor order status from initial inquiry through delivery and assist with resolving order discrepancies, shipment delays, pricing issues, or documentation concerns.
  • Maintain organized customer records, quotation files, order documentation, sales reports, and tracking logs.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline updates, customer activity reporting, and other departmental reporting needs.

Internal, Vendor & Supplier Communication

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, finance, operations, and chemical department teams to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, lead times, delivery updates, technical documentation, and order-related questions.
  • Support bilingual communication between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking internal teams, vendors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Help ensure important customer requests, order changes, delivery concerns, and sales commitments are communicated clearly across relevant teams.
  • Escalate urgent customer concerns, supply issues, delivery delays, or order discrepancies to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Build productive working relationships across cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Documentation, Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity logs, quotation histories, order-tracking information, and follow-up documentation.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer summaries, meeting notes, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
  • Support data entry, document review, file organization, and internal reporting requirements.
  • Assist with improving sales coordination workflows, customer follow-up processes, documentation practices, and communication efficiency.
  • Ensure records and communications are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and appropriate confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience, education, and training.
  • Two or more years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, account coordination, business development, order management, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, time-management, and task-prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests, quotations, orders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, correspondence, and sales documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Experience supporting chemical, semiconductor, manufacturing, industrial supply, high-tech, cleanroom, or technology-related industries.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, contractors, logistics providers, or warehouse teams.
  • Familiarity with chemical products, materials, industrial equipment, process-support systems, or technical sales environments.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management platforms, order-management systems, or sales-tracking tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Experience preparing quotations, supporting pricing requests, tracking orders, or coordinating shipment and delivery information.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based and involves frequent communication with customers, suppliers, vendors, internal department teams, and external project stakeholders. The Bilingual Sales Representative may support sales activities related to semiconductor, chemical, industrial, cleanroom, and high-tech facility projects.

The position requires the ability to manage changing customer needs, time-sensitive quotation and order requests, delivery updates, and multiple communication channels while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer service.
