Bilingual Sales Support Specialist

LINK Staffing has partnered with an established manufacturing company seeking a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong communication, administrative, and sales support experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Previous experience in the fastener, industrial, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support in English and Spanish.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and account information.
• Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
• Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain customer and sales information, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of the company's fastener products to effectively assist customers.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open orders and inquiries.
• Provide daily administrative and customer service support to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, customer service, or order processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent professional phone and email etiquette.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data management, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the fastener, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry.
• Previous B2B sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales/order management systems.
• Knowledge of industrial or fastener products is a strong plus.
