Are you a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about supporting multilingual learners? Cross Country Education is seeking a Spanish-speaking SLP to support middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO!
 
Position Overview: 

  • Conduct bilingual speech and language evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions in English and Spanish to support student communication, academic progress, and social-emotional success.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 42–50 students while developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) goals and maintaining compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support effective communication strategies across the school environment.
  • Participate in monthly professional development and peer collaboration meetings designed for district Speech-Language Pathologists.

Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid State of Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Valid Colorado DOE Special Services Provider (SSP) License with a Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
  • Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (Required)
  • Prior experience supporting middle or high school students (Preferred)
