Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Inbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries and provide information about insurance options.
Insurance Consultation: Offer expert advice on insurance products that best fit clients' requirements.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products to enhance coverage.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Texas insurance license preferred - required to pass exam prior to start date.
Bilingual: Proficient in speaking Spanish.
Prior Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous. Allstate experience preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: A dedication to meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
