Bilingual Spanish Caregiver (Home Care Aide) – $19–$23/hr | Flexible Schedule
Service Area: Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, San Clemente & Nearby Areas
Senior Helpers is urgently hiring Bilingual Spanish Caregivers in South Orange County!

What You’ll Do
As a caregiver, you’ll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Your role may include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and daily routine support
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Engaging clients in hobbies, conversation, and activities

What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Caregiving experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Recent negative TB test
- HCA Registration (preferred, can assist after hire)
Flexible Schedule Options
- 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts
