About the Opportunity
We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Bilingual English/Spanish professionals to join a fully remote healthcare customer service team. In this role, you will assist English- and Spanish-speaking members and patients by phone, helping them navigate questions, locate information, and better understand available healthcare resources.
This is a high-volume customer service environment ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, communicates clearly and professionally, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers.
Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish and may be required to successfully complete a bilingual language assessment as part of the hiring process.
IMPORTANT: This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position. Candidates must have their own qualifying Windows computer, wired headset, smartphone, and high-speed wired home internet connection.
What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls from English- and Spanish-speaking members and patients
- Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish
- Provide courteous, accurate, and customer-focused assistance
- Help callers locate information needed to make healthcare-related decisions
- Respond to routine questions using established resources, procedures, and training materials
- Navigate multiple computer systems while actively assisting customers
- Accurately and completely document customer interactions
- Refer or transfer callers to appropriate resources when additional assistance is required
- Follow established policies, procedures, privacy requirements, and call-handling guidelines
- Maintain strong attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity while working remotely
- Participate in virtual training and successfully complete required system, language, and call-quality testing
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in both English and Spanish required
- Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, insurance, or member services experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages
- Comfortable handling back-to-back inbound calls
- Ability to communicate healthcare-related information clearly and professionally
- Ability to learn new systems and navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Strong computer skills and data-entry accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a professional home workspace
- Dependable attendance and ability to remain engaged throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to successfully complete any required bilingual fluency assessment

- USB Gen 2 or newer port
- MacBooks, Chromebooks, iPads, and tablets are not compatible
Internet
- Minimum 50+ Mbps download / 15+ Mbps upload
- Must use a wired Cat5e Ethernet connection
- Traditional wired home internet service is required
- Cellular-based internet providers and hotspots are not permitted
- Candidates will be required to complete and provide screenshots of internet speed tests
Headset
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Bluetooth headsets are not permitted
- Equipment may be tested during training to confirm sufficient call quality
Smartphone
- Android or Apple smartphone
- Working camera
- Ability to download applications required for daily system login
