Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: 640 Dearborn Park Lane, Columbus, OH 43085
Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; 30 minutes break
Spanish Speaking Required. Looking to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Communicate clearly and professionally across written, verbal, and listening channels.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
- Meet role-specific physical/lifting requirements as needed by the supply center.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, with proven success in customer interactions (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with the building industry is a plus, but not required.
- College degree preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work in a combined warehouse and office environment.
- Operate within a facility where forklifts and other equipment are present.
- Follow safety standards, including wearing company-issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adapt to varying temperatures, from extreme cold to extreme heat.
- Regularly use company communication tools such as computers, cell phones, and printers.
Responsibilities:
- Works inside the Alside Supply Center supporting customer needs.
