You keep calls moving, questions answered, and customers satisfied—every time.
The opportunity
Express Employment Professionals (Allen, TX) is hiring on behalf of a plumbing retail company in Plano, TX for a bilingual customer service professional who knows their way around plumbing, HVAC, construction, or hardware.
What you’ll handle
- Take and process orders in both English and Spanish
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails promptly
- Prepare and administer invoices accurately
- Price parts for customers and provide product guidance
Schedule & pay
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
$18.00 per hour
What you bring
- Fluent, clear Spanish and English communication
- Solid background in plumbing, HVAC, construction, or hardware
- Customer-first mindset and strong phone/email etiquette
