Gerald Kia of North Aurora is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant who speaks both Spanish and English to join our sales team.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process, from their initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and follow-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist English and Spanish-speaking customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases

• Respond to internet, phone, and showroom opportunities

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Prospect for new business and develop your own customer base

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM

• Stay current on Kia products, technology, incentives, and competitive vehicles

• Complete required product training and certifications

• Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals

• Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction and sales performance

Qualifications

Required:

• Fluent or highly proficient in both Spanish and English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, dependable, and motivated

• Comfortable communicating with customers in person, over the phone, through text, and by email

• Willing to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

• Previous automotive sales experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Experience using a CRM or other customer management system

No automotive experience? We are willing to train the right candidate.

Candidates with experience in retail, wireless sales, hospitality, restaurants, real estate, customer service, or other sales-driven environments are encouraged to apply.

Gerald offers a competitive benefits package including:

• Pay range for this position: $50,000 - $200,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
