Must be available to work Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Time.
English and Spanish customer support may be required based on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Zero or more years of customer service or telephone support experience.
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
Experience using computer software, telephone technology, fax equipment, and help desk software.
Basic business, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
