We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Training Lead to support onboarding and training efforts within a fast-moving warehouse operation during peak season.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) Compensation: $18–$19 per hour
Ideal candidates will bring:
Full fluency in English and Spanish
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Prior warehouse experience, including RF scanner proficiency
The ability to guide and support new hires in a dynamic environment
