Description
Now Hiring: Bilingual Process Coach
Are you passionate about developing people, improving processes, and driving excellence? We’re seeking a Process Coach in a Warehouse at our Spring Hill, TN location to support training, standardization, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations, including Injection, Paint, Assembly, and Logistics.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and audit on-the-job training for both new hires and current associates
- Assist with on-boarding and department-specific training initiatives
- Manage and support the On-the-Job Trainer (OJT) program
- Ensure work instructions and processes align with IMS standards
- Track, assign, and maintain training records using the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Partner with managers and team leaders to communicate updates across all shifts
- Help design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs and materials
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Manufacturing experience—or a strong ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with training, coaching, or developing others
- A collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities effectively
- Flexibility to support various shifts as needed
- Speaks English and Spanish
