Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish HR Generalists for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities in California. These roles involve supporting day-to-day HR operations and offer a valuable chance to work across diverse industries and environments.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior HR Generalist or related HR experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and California employment laws.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Required Work Hours

Work hours vary by assignment, typically full-time.
