Bilingual Spanish Remote Appointment Scheduling Representative

Contract Rate: $12.00/hour

Location: 100% Remote
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish & English

We are hiring bilingual Spanish/English independent contractors for a remote healthcare appointment scheduling and outbound customer service program.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to health plan members.
• Educate members about free in-home health evaluations.
• Schedule medical/health appointments.
• Follow scripts and professionally overcome objections.
• Accurately document member interactions.

Requirements

• Must speak and write Spanish and English fluently.
• Strong customer service, sales, or call-center skills.
• Comfortable making back-to-back outbound calls.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Own computer equipment, dual monitors, and reliable internet.
• Must complete background check and photo ID verification.
• Must complete required registration, assessment, and certification process.

Schedule

Service hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM ET and Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM ET. Contractors must be available for at least 4 hours on Monday and/or Friday.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is not W-2 employment.
