The Bilingual/Spanish Showcase Presenter presents the Hilton Grand Vacations' portfolio of products to assigned tours. This position will be responsible for ensuring the Sales Tour is a positive Guest experience, aligned with Hilton Grand Vacations' mission, vision, and values. partner with Sales Executives, TO Sales Leaders, and Sales Management to further the goals of the Sales Team.

What You'll Do
This position is responsible for driving sales results and partnering with Sales Executives, TO Sales Leaders, and Sales Management to support and achieve the overall goals of the Sales Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and can effectively communicate with a diverse guest population.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Facilitate engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint or other presentation formats while confidently speaking to both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences.
Translate, interpret, and communicate sales information accurately in both English and Spanish as needed.
Ensure the integrity and excellence of all presentations, podium materials, and presentation equipment.
Drive sales performance by delivering compelling and professional presentations that enhance the guest experience.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with team members, management, owners, members, prospects, and guests.
Support and collaborate with the Training Department and Learning & Development team regarding curriculum, presentation methods, product knowledge, and bilingual training initiatives.
Assist with conducting morning meetings, training sessions, ride-alongs, and coaching activities as requested by management.
Prepare all presentation materials and verify that computer equipment and technology are functional before each presentation.
Ensure the presentation area is organized, professional, and ready for incoming tours and presentations.
Greet and engage guests prior to the start of tours and presentations, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Hilton Grand Vacations products, ownership programs, benefits, and usage guidelines.
Utilize bilingual communication skills to build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns for Spanish-speaking guests.
Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

1-3 years of proven work experience with delivering presentations or public speaking.
Strong computer Microsoft Office Suite digital literacy.
Positive relationship skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a dynamic speaker.
Knowledge of presentation/public speaking fundamentals.
High school/GED.
Active Nevada Timeshare License or Nevada Real Estate License
Flexible Schedule - nights, weekends, holidays.
It would be advantageous to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous work experience in the Entertainment/Theater/Performing Arts industry or related course study.
Previous timeshare experience.
BA/BS/bachelor's degree.
