Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist. The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders for clients across diverse age groups, with a focus on serving bilingual and multicultural populations. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and documenting progress in accordance with professional and organizational standards. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and to support educational and community-based interventions. The pathologist will use telepractice tools and evidence-based approaches to deliver high-quality, accessible services.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and Speech, with the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions in a bilingual context.

• Experience working with Communication Disorders and Articulation challenges, including assessment and treatment planning.
• \n
• Background in Pediatrics, with skills in engaging children and families in telepractice and in-person settings.
• \n
• Professional fluency in at least two languages, with the ability to conduct assessments and therapy in both.
• \n
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• \n
• Current state licensure (and ability to obtain additional licenses as needed) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred.

• Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and secure communication tools.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care.
