Bilingual Portuguese Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP CCC), Evaluations

CBS Therapy is currently seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Per Diem placement to conduct evaluations!

\n

Basic Functions

• Diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• \n
• Culturally and linguistically responsive testing
• \n
• Timely documentation and reporting
• \n

\n

Requirements

\n

• \n
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• \n
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) through ASHA
• \n
• DOE Certification or DOH State Licensure
• \n
• Bilingual in Portuguese
• \n

Responsibilities

\n

• \n
• Administer evaluations in home, clinical, and/or school-based settings
• \n
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and submit them in a timely manner
• \n
• Determine need for additional assessment based on observation and individual child needs
• \n
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child
• \n
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations
• \n
• Submit student and client records to the agency within established deadlines
• \n
