Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish/English) – Disability Evaluations

Bronx, NY | Part-Time Schedule | 1 Day Per Week | $80–$110/Hour

The IMA Group is seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time opportunity performing speech and language evaluations for individuals applying for Social Security disability benefits.

This role offers a predictable schedule focused exclusively on clinical evaluations. Use your expertise to assess communication abilities, complete documentation, and provide objective clinical findings—without therapy sessions, treatment plans, IEP meetings, or ongoing caseload management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients
  • Assess functional communication abilities and limitations
  • Complete accurate clinical reports and documentation
  • Provide objective evaluation findings to support disability determinations
  • Maintain high-quality clinical standards

Schedule & Compensation:

  • 1 day per week in the Bronx
  • Travel to Manhattan approximately 2 times per month
  • Compensation: $80–$110 per hour
  • Flexible appointment scheduling throughout the day
  • Appointments are typically scheduled for 60 minutes
  • Malpractice coverage provided

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active New York SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience conducting pediatric speech and language evaluations
