Bilingual Staffing Assistant

2nd Shift Bilingual Onsite Coordinator Job duties:

Work directly with available recruiting resources and branch support teams to actively recruit
Pre-screen, interview, and place employees that meet all client hiring requirements
Create, build, and maintain client and employee relationships
Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively
Maintain customer and temporary employee records to ensure completeness and accuracy
Maintain timekeeping system to ensure accuracy
All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
