Bilingual Staffing Coordinator — 2 Openings
Location: Bellflower, CA
Weekly Pay: $760-$800, (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Assist applicants with interviews and onboarding.
• Screen associates and dispatch them to assignments.
• Make and answer calls to fill client job orders.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in our database.
• Communicate with applicants, associates, clients, and staff.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
• At least 1 year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required due to our applicant and client/customer base.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
