As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our clients while building strong relationships with applicants throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities for Bilingual Staffing Recruiter:
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Manage candidate onboarding, paperwork, and orientation processes
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Assist with client communication regarding staffing needs
- Ensure accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems
Qualifications for Bilingual Staffing Recruiter:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
