Bilingual Support Assistant (Spanish/English)
HireCall is seeking a Bilingual Support Assistant to join one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent customer service and administrative skills. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, compassionate, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Assist families by interpreting and translating documents and services in both English and Spanish.
- Collect, organize, and file documents while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
- Communicate verbal and written information clearly while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Explain available programs and referral resources, including application instructions.
- Ask clarifying questions and accurately document client information in electronic data systems.
- Determine family eligibility based on established program requirements.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office environment.
- Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Friendly, professional, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with clients.
