Bilingual Support Assistant (Spanish/English)
HireCall is seeking a Bilingual Support Assistant to join one of our valued clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent customer service and administrative skills. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, compassionate, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist families by interpreting and translating documents and services in both English and Spanish.
  • Collect, organize, and file documents while maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
  • Communicate verbal and written information clearly while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Explain available programs and referral resources, including application instructions.
  • Ask clarifying questions and accurately document client information in electronic data systems.
  • Determine family eligibility based on established program requirements.
  • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office environment.
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Friendly, professional, dependable, and able to build positive relationships with clients.
