About Our Purpose and Mission

At Super Radiator Coils, we harness thermodynamics to make life better. Our mission is to lead the heat transfer field while caring deeply for our people, our communities, and the environment.

The Role, Told as a Day-in-the-Life

You start your day in our Minnesota Division, reviewing applications from a weekend job fair and community outreach event. With English and Spanish at the ready, you screen candidates for high-volume manufacturing positions, coordinate interviews with hiring leaders, and keep each candidate experience consistent, timely, and respectful.

By midday, you’re advising a production supervisor on a policy question, ensuring our practices align with union contracts, company policies, and labor laws like FMLA and workers’ compensation. You plan an investigation into a workplace concern, determine next steps, and recommend fair corrective actions while contributing to broader retention efforts.

In the afternoon, you lead a new-hire onboarding touchpoint and benefits overview, support cultural change initiatives, and connect our employee engagement and development programs to the message we share with candidates. When recruiting slows, you jump in to support payroll processing, help coordinate hospitality and onsite events, and handle other HR administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and drive recruiting strategies for high-volume manufacturing roles using job fairs, community partnerships, referrals, and social media outreach.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process—screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers—to match staffing needs with business goals.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between candidates, hiring managers, and HR to deliver seamless onboarding and a consistent candidate journey.
  • Navigate and uphold labor regulations, union agreements, and company policies, including FMLA, workers’ comp, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coach manufacturing supervisors and leaders on employee relations to ensure policies are applied fairly.
  • Conduct investigations, recommend corrective actions, and support retention initiatives.
  • Facilitate onboarding and benefits education; champion cultural and change initiatives.
  • Continuously assess and refine HR programs to meet organizational goals as priorities evolve.
  • When recruiting ebbs: contribute to engagement and development plans, provide payroll processing support, and align employee programs with our external talent pitch.
  • Support broader HR team activities, hospitality and event coordination, and assigned administrative work.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in Human Resources and full-cycle Recruiting.
  • Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment serving union and non-union populations.
