Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish + English
• Logistics experience
• WMS or SAP experience
• Team lead experience is preferred

Job Duties

• Label, organize, and maintain inventory
• Verity incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
• Inspect materials for damage, shortage, or other discrepancies

What You Will Do

As a Bilingual Team Lead you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Bilingual Team Lead is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products safely and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, dependable work habits, and attention to inventory accuracy.
