Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Pay Rate: $17.00

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Friday - Sunday

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.

Monitor workflows to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Train and onboard new team members in warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Conduct inventory checks and assist with resolving discrepancies.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to coordinate operations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or a related supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
