What to Expect

Tesla Bilingual Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues for Residential Energy products while delivering on world class customer service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customer's expectations. We're looking for a specialist that has the ability to help our customers in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain Tesla's high standards for integrity, customer service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
  • Act as a subject matter expert and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
  • Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and management
  • Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
  • Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided

What You'll Bring

  • 1 year of technical call center experience with a proven record of excellent customer service
  • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills, with an ability to empathize with the customer
  • Proven ability to effectively work in Windows and Microsoft office products, while comfortable learning new software platforms
  • Ability to work independently, and be both creative and resourceful when presented with challenging situations
  • The ability to speak both English and Spanish in a professional setting
