Join Our Team as a Bilingual Trainer – Holland, MI (2nd Shift)
Full-Time | $19.00/hr | Direct Hire
Are you passionate about training others and fluent in both English and Spanish? We’re looking for a Bilingual Trainer to help onboard and support our 2nd shift cleaning teams in Holland, MI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing our workforce and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:
+ Provide hands-on training to new employees on cleaning tasks, equipment use, and safety procedures.
+ Translate training materials and instructions as needed to support Spanish-speaking staff.
+ Fill in for absent team members and assist with cleaning as needed.
+ Work closely with site leaders and trainees to promote a positive, productive work environment.
+ Maintain training documentation and communicate progress with managers.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
+ Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and teach others
+ Flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
+ Previous custodial experience preferred
+ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
