Bilingual Translator & Production Operator (Evening Shift)

Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay: $20/hr

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about teamwork and communication? We’re looking for a Bilingual Translator & Production Operator who can help bridge communication between English- and Spanish-speaking team members in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Translate written materials (training guides, safety rules, work instructions, and company policies) between English and Spanish.
• Support verbal communication between employees and supervisors during meetings, training, and daily production.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations.
• Ensure cultural understanding and clear communication across teams.
• Assist production operations when translation support is not required.
• Help during emergency or safety communications to ensure full understanding.
• Support HR during orientations and policy updates.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken — required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production setting.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
