Hieu Tran – COUNTRY Financial in Lombard, IL is looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Assistant to join our team. No insurance experience or license is required to start. We'll provide training and hands-on experience to help you learn the insurance industry and grow your skills.


Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required for this role.


What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help support our customers and the day-to-day operations of the agency.


Responsibilities may include:

• Answering phones and assisting Vietnamese- and English-speaking customers.
• Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional support.
• Responding to basic customer questions and directing more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assisting with routine insurance office and administrative tasks.
• Helping customers with documents, forms, and basic service requests.
• Scheduling appointments and assisting with customer follow-up.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Supporting the agency team with daily office needs.
• Learning about insurance products, agency procedures, and customer service best practices.
