Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH. We are looking for a bilingual individual who is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and communicating with internal teams, drivers, and freight/shipping partners. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist with shipping coordination, picking, packing, and general warehouse duties.
Pay Rate:

• $16.00–$17.00 per hour

Shift/Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with drivers, team members, and logistics contacts
• Ability to coordinate and track outgoing shipments
• Ability to assist with picking and packing orders
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience would be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, accounting, and external freight/shipping partners to schedule and manage outgoing shipments.
• Communicate in both English and Spanish with drivers, team members, and logistics contacts.
• Track shipments and assist with resolving freight-related issues.
• Help ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Assist with picking and packing orders as needed.
• Prepare products for customer pickups and verify that orders are ready.
• Maintain accurate shipping records.
• Assist with reporting shipment delays or other issues.
• Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
