Bilingual Warehouse Lead

Our client, a major logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join their team in Shepherdsville, KY. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the warehouse department. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Lead (Spanish/English)
Location: Shepherdsville, KY
Pay Range: $21.00/hr.

Shifts available: 1^st shift 3:00am - 1:00pm; Monday - Thursday (10 hour shifts)

What’s the Job?

• Processes shipping or receiving documentation
• Physically receives, stores, packages, labels, and ships freight
• Oversees many of the daily activities for an account, department or station of a warehouse operation including the effective use of staff
• Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management
• May utilize barcode scanning equipment

• Leadership experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Bilingual is required! (Spanish/English)
• Experience operating a forklift/cherry picker is PREFERRED
• Must be able to communicate and understand English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable own transportation
• Current Resume
