Now Hiring: Bilingual Warehouse Packing Associates
Gardena, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift Start Times: Mon-10am-6:30pm, Tue-Friday 10am- 5:30pm
Full-time opportunities with overtime available

We are currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Packing Associates to support daily warehouse and shipping operations in Gardena.

* Must be bilingual in English and Spanish *
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive order totes and accurately pack a variety of products into the appropriate packaging
  • Maintain a productivity rate averaging 50+ orders per hour to meet shipping goals
  • Apply proper packaging techniques based on product size and fragility
    • Example: dunnage for electronics, poly-bagging for apparel
  • Inspect products for damages or defects before packaging
  • Generate and apply accurate shipping labels and verify order documentation
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer systems during daily operations
  • Follow all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday
Qualifications:
  • MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
