Belmar Integrated Logistics is hiring experienced recruiting professionals to support high-volume staffing for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and light-industrial positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.

• Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with applications, onboarding, and new-hire coordination.

• Recruit for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, production, and light-industrial positions.

• Support job fairs, hiring events, and client staffing needs.

• Maintain organized recruiting records and meet hiring goals.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

• Previous staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition experience.

• Staffing agency and high-volume warehouse recruiting experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems preferred.
