Description: Job Summary: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Requirement: Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
*MUST BE OPEN TO 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT*
Main Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee the processing of returns to stores and vendors according to established organizational protocols.
Slotting & Allocation: Collaborate with inventory teams to manage product rotation, slotting, and warehouse space optimization.
Team Leadership: Lead daily shift briefings to communicate goals regarding safety, productivity, and operational accuracy.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transportation teams regarding the flow of inbound shipments and backhauls; oversee the scheduling of delivery appointments.
Facility Maintenance: Conduct daily floor inspections with senior management to ensure compliance with safety, security, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize the use of equipment and personnel to meet production targets economically.
Strategic Support: Lead cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects to address evolving business needs and operational challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions for maintenance, sanitation, and general facility operations.
Candidate Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of shipping and warehouse operations; prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse workforce.
Technical Skills: Ability to interpret data reports and proficiency in basic office software (word processing and spreadsheets).
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
