Our client is seeking a Billing Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Part B medical billing experience who can oversee client accounts, support billing operations, and help lead a team of billers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Part B medical billing operations for physician offices, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Monitor billing performance, collections, and reimbursement activity.
• Support, guide, and oversee billing staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with resolving claim denials, billing issues, and payer concerns.
• Maintain compliance with billing regulations and payer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Part B medical billing required.
• Knowledge of physician office and/or laboratory billing.
• Strong understanding of claims processing, denials, and reimbursement workflows.
• Previous experience overseeing accounts or managing billing teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
