About the Opportunity - NetSuite Billing Accountant
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Billing Accountant to support high-volume invoicing and revenue processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate billing, system integrity, and timely financial reporting within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities - Billing Accountant

  • Manage end-to-end billing processes within NetSuite, including invoice generation, adjustments, and reconciliations

  • Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing structures, and contract terms within the system

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies

  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities

  • Maintain and improve billing workflows, reporting, and system configurations in NetSuite

  • Assist with audits by providing billing documentation and system reporting

  • Monitor AR aging related to billing accuracy and support collections as needed


Qualifications - Billing Accountant

  • 2+ years of billing or accounting experience with hands-on NetSuite usage

  • Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and general accounting principles

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
