The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and clean account reconciliation while helping improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities – Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances
- Post payments, apply credits, and reconcile customer accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records within accounting and ERP systems
- Assist with month-end close and reporting related to AR
Qualifications – Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with financial data
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in high-volume billing environments preferred
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
