Our client is seeking a Billing Administrator with construction industry experience to manage pay applications, progress billing, and project-related documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork, and follow-up on outstanding invoices when needed.
Responsibilities
Prepare and submit pay applications and progress billings.
Work closely with Project Managers to gather billing information and project updates.
Maintain project documentation, including lien waivers, schedules of values, and other contract paperwork.
Track billing status and resolve discrepancies.
Follow up on unpaid invoices and assist with collections.
Maintain organized project files and support month-end reporting.
Ensure billing is accurate and submitted on time.
Qualifications
2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or construction accounting experience.
Experience with pay applications, AIA billing, or progress billing preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing a large volume of paperwork and deadlines.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Notary Public certification preferred.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
