Our client is seeking a Billing Administrator with construction industry experience to manage pay applications, progress billing, and project-related documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork, and follow-up on outstanding invoices when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit pay applications and progress billings.

  • Work closely with Project Managers to gather billing information and project updates.

  • Maintain project documentation, including lien waivers, schedules of values, and other contract paperwork.

  • Track billing status and resolve discrepancies.

  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and assist with collections.

  • Maintain organized project files and support month-end reporting.

  • Ensure billing is accurate and submitted on time.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or construction accounting experience.

  • Experience with pay applications, AIA billing, or progress billing preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable managing a large volume of paperwork and deadlines.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Notary Public certification preferred.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
